What payment methods do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. All orders must be placed online and are charged in $US Dollars.
How do I know if my order went through?
Once an order is placed you are taken to a confirmation screen on the website that shows your order number. At the same time, a confirmation email is automatically sent to you by Polaris Program with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail filter. If you are still unable to find the confirmation email, please contact [email protected] or call 888-465-6847. Their customer service team will be able to confirm your order for you.
Do you ship to countries outside of the US?
No, we are currently only shipping orders to within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will begin shipping in March 2022. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email from Kotis letting you know. In-stock orders are shipped the same business day (M - F) if the order is placed before noon Pacific Time.
When will my order be delivered?
You'll receive an email once your order ships with a tracking link. This typically happens between 2 and 4 business days from when your order was placed.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Call us at 888-465-6847 or email [email protected] with the order # in the subject line and an explanation of the incorrect item you received. In the event of an exchange, please include in the email details on what item you would like to exchange. Otherwise, within 60 days of original purchase, follow the instructions at kotisdesign.com/returns. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
